How will I get my ticket?
You will receive an E-MAIL receipt letter within 48 hours of making your reservation. This e-mail will contain your boarding number and other important information. Print this receipt letter and bring it with you on Saturday, April 28 to the boat.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation you will forfeit 100% of the amount you paid. You may, however, transfer (with no penalty) your reservation to another person 18 or older. You just need to e-mail our office with the ticket number, new name and e-mail address.
Getting to Pier 83
...Take subway train A, C or E to Port Authority, or
...Take subway train 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, N or R to Times Square, or
...Take subway train B, D, F or Q to 5th Avenue and 42nd Street, or
...Take subway train 4, 5 or 6 to Grand Central Station
...Walk West on 42nd Street to 12th Avenue or transfer to Bus M42 or M50 Westbound to the 42nd Street Pier
Important Times
5:45PM - 6:30PM - Arrive at Pier 83 to collect your ticket
6:30PM - Start Boarding Boat
7:00PM - Boat Departs Pier 83
10:00PM - Boat Returns to Pier 83
